All services are online

Salesforce/Heroku are down globally which impacts our backend and dashboard services. The issues were reported at 8am EST and continue to persist.

When service is resumed all pending alerts will be resynced and repropogated to ensure no impact to performance. We impact full service to be resumed by ~3pm EST, though are reliant on Salesforce/Heroku to fix their service.
